| Absolutely. Trusts you establish or gifts you make during your lifetime generally qualify as charitable gifts for federal income tax purposes. Bequests are exempt from federal estate tax and Pennsylvania inheritances taxes. You may wish to contact your professional or financial advisor before contributing to this fund if you have any special tax consequences. |
